Mango, is the said King of fruits– juice is a nutritious and delicious drink. Pure mango juice is too thick, you need a spoon to drink it. Therefore,it is usually mixed with other fruit juices and drinks, such as peach, orange, pineapple, honey and milk. Mango juice mixed drinks have better tastes and more nutritive content.

- 4 cups diced mangoes
- 1/2 small ice cube
- 2 cups water
HOW TO MAKE MANGO JUICE
First, peel and chop some mangoes.
Then you place the mangoes in a blender with ice and some water.
Blend until smooth .
If the mango has a lot of fiber, pass through a fine sieve to remove the fiber. If not, serve and enjoy!
My blended mangoes turned out quite smooth so I didn’t have to sieve.
